Bendo
Bendo is the brand name, which is a combination of bento and endometriosis. It offers people with endometriosis, our targeted users, the opportunity to disclose their condition in a friendly working environment and gain understanding from their colleagues and employers. The solution is a service which includes the Bendo lunchbox and app.

What's the context?
Reflections
This project was under the topic of hidden disability. Out of the concern for women's rights, we chose endometriosis to reveal the hidden pain for women. I found the power of teamwork from this project. We were six females of enthusiasm to complete the female project. We brainstorms together and evaluate to choose the best idea. I mainly did the research and service design. We have also considered the business feasibility to turn Bendo into a community that encourage all the women speak for their hidden difficulty in the workplace. However, the limitation of this project is lacking first-hand user research. It encourages me to take part in more women-related design project.
